We provide leadership across product and technology, with Anosh accountable for the engagement. Founders retain company strategy, budget and final commercial decisions. The engineering team owns implementation detail within the agreed direction.

The client provides access to the people, product evidence and technical context needed to make decisions. Fractional does not mean absent, and it does not mean unlimited implementation capacity.

Some companies call this combined remit a fractional CPTO role. The label matters less than one person owning the join between product and technology.

Do I need a full-time CTO first?

No. This is for a stage where senior judgement is needed but a permanent executive hire is not yet the right commitment.

Will you work with the team we already have?

Does every engagement begin with an audit?
